What can I do about the overly high priced surgery costs?

*Let me make this quite clear. I'm a 18 year old male who need breast reduction surgery. Ha Ha Ha funny right!!!!! No it's not!! I need to get this done for the summer. I a fairly skinny guy 155 about 5'7. Should someone like me feel like i can't take off my shirt? At 18 I should be able to take off my shirt freely without looking bad.* Hi I thinking of breast reduction surgery in 1 breast bc 1 is bigger than the other. I'm hearing 2000-4500 for a single breast. My parent can pay for some of that but how can i pay for the rest. I really need help on finding someone who can help me pay it off. Companies? I live on Long Island, New York if that helps. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
