- it is great for patients who have suffered terrible physical traumas. get those kids out for a daily hike, maintain your BMI, eat a balanced diet -get rid of processed foods, and drink lotsa water. see your doctor to rule out any medical problems.
- Just try to make time to exercise. Plastic surgery is expensive and risky. And it may not turn out how you like. You're probably overreacting, us women tend to do that with our bodies. Like I said, just work on trying to come up with some diet/exercise ideas. If they don't work, talk to your doctor maybe. But you have four kids, and it's risky, and they need you, so I wouldn't do it. But that's just me.
- If you have had kids... Excersize alone won't fix you... if you have like stretch marks and loose skin and if you breast fed... well there goes your boobies for life .... Unless you get breast implants and or a lift. Also a tummy tuck. I think plastic surgery is one of the best gifts you could give yourself. After having babies you deserve to reclaim your body and feel beautiful again... :) I have had my breasts done and It was very much worth the money and the pain sucked for like 3 days but It was SOOOOO worth it. I'd do it over and over. Just research and find a good doctor.. Don't be cheap either or you may wind up in the wrong hands with bad results . good luck oh... and Its only risky if you are like extremely obese and smoke and have health problems.. if you are healthy and not allergic to anesthesia.. then You will be fine..
- I have had my breasts done and have a friend that has had a tummy tuck... and both were wonderful! My Mother has also had a face lift, lipo on her tummy and her arms done. She's 64 and looks 50. The key to any plastic surgery is finding the best doctor. I recommend Dr. Horowitz in Long Beach, CA. He is conservative with his work and also, in his spare time, travels to different countries to help traumatized people (burn victims and such) for free. Meaning, he is not just in the business for the money and he is an artist. I love my breasts and have not experienced any problems. I had them done 20 years ago and they still look natural and very pretty. It changed my life and as long as you feel good about doing it, then have fun, because it is very exciting!
- I think its great for anyone who has worked hard to loose the weight but just need to get rid of the extra skin. In my opinion as long as your not adding something to your body (silcione breasts) or getting it done in a country that will do it for bargin prices....well then I think its legit, and worth it if you feel you really need it especially the breast lift. As for the tummy tuck, I'm banking that your probably better off without it, you can always gain the weight back..and so easliy. if you work to get them off on your own, its healthier, and cheaper. takes longer, yes..but you wont have to deal with the nasty recovery time. goodluck.
