Since the economy is so bad can people get plastic surgery for cheaper?

3. i would say it depends on how bad it will get in the future because even plastic surgeons suffer from the bad economy
4. no people need there money for bills the prices will go down becuase there losing business but it wont be cheap

6. You get what you pay for, discount nose or boobs or Botox... why is it discounted? It is forever, like a tattoo, so pay as much as you think Symmetry is worth... Why does the dollar store have so much cool crap, cause that's what it is, crap... I don't pay retail for most things, but I don't go cheap on toilet paper for obvious reasons, I think any kind of surgery would fall into that category...
7. Sure. You can go to a foreign county and have it done. But if you do that, you don't have any legal protections should something go wrong. Not only that, the surgeons in many of these countries are unskilled and many people later regret it since the job was done so poorly. Cosmetic and plastic surgeons in the U.S. pay large sums of money for malpractice insurance so it is unlikely they will lower the cost of any procedures. I feel that many surgeons charge way too much for some procedures but there really isn't anything that can be done about it since there will be somebody, somewhere who is willing to pay their fee, no matter how high it may be. I wish it wasn't so, but unfortunately it is.
