How old should a girl be to get plastic surgery?

On Dr Phil just recently well recent in Australia there was a 12 year old girl who is going to get plastic surgery because she thinks she is too flat chested. Nothing Dr Phil said changed her mind and she went through with it anyway. I am really disgusted with seeing this. Too many young girls getting plastic surgery when there body hasn't even fully matured.

1. in Asia (especially Korea) 75% of girls under the age of 18 get plastic surgery like eyelid surgery to make their eyes look bigger. One of my best friends is Korean and she said her parents flew her to Korea just get plastic surgery last year. And we're only 14!
2. ew. Dr. Phil is so weird. but yes i agree with you. 12 year olds are flat chested. that is normal. just watch. her body will mature and she'll have to go back to undo what she just did.
3. Thats really wrong. That could seriously mess up her development. Who were her parents?!?!?!?!?! Personally i think that a girl should never get surgery, but if they were dead set, i think at least 18. Thats the law in England I think. At least wait till you finished puberty.
4. ugh people need to just be happy with what god or nature what ever you believe in gave them unless your deformed NOT flat chested besides i like flat chests anyway
5. plastic surgery is a very personal choice so whether a person is 12 or 40 its their decision not yours dr.phil is phony anyways
