1. I don't understand why you wouldn't use cream. But I heard of a method where you take tooth floss, and tie it around the bass of the mole and it eventually dies and falls off.
2. Laser? Moles are vascular which means they can bleed. They also grow beneath the skin surface any 'cream' that may vanish them is most likely temporary. Your best bet is to seek medical advice and see the best, safest way to remove them.
3. Go where there are lots of birds; moles are afraid of birds and will quickly leave your face and go back underground.
