What do you think of celebrities and their lame excuses for plastic surgery?

I heard a few like Ashley Tisdale and Ashley Simpson say that they couldn't breathe so they had to get nose jobs. HAHAHAHAHAHA some people actually believe that. I don't think it's wrong to undergo surgery to feel better about yourself, but why the need to cover up with lame excuses.
