Is liposuction for fat people or for skinny people that one that last ounce of fat removed?

I'm about 30 lbs over weight and like the rest of the world I want to jump start a weightloss program. Can Lipo help me or should I wait until I've lost enough weight?

  1. BOTH The more you loose, the less it cost to suck it out. They can only take out "So" much with out destroying the elastic of the skin of that area. Check out the websites of plastic surgeons. They love to tell ya their stories.
  2. generally liposuction is intended for "reshaping" those who are already fit. it is not a weight loss system, and a lot of the time doctors won't perform the procedure if the patient is not already in good physical health.
  3. You can do it right now if you want to. The purpose of lipo is to actually vacuum the fat out of the area the doctor is performing lipo on. If you drop the weight first and then go in for plastic surgery they'll probably just lift any sagging areas or remove excess skin (that's usually when people drop a ton of weight, and their skin doesn't snap back, but instead it hangs there.) Hope this helps.
  4. Don't be lazy.Work it off and keep it off.The world is so full of shortcuts. And somewhere down the line side effects occur. You need to start exercising and start eating right.
  5. Consult a doc on liposuction. Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals. Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day. U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
