1. They look fine to me bro. Surgery is unnecessary IMO.
2. They look normal to me too. Normally, I don't pay much attention to people's ears unless they have unusual piercings.
3. That would be a complete waste of money! Your ears are fine! Don't stress. Everybody's ears are different...mine have a hint of "elf" if you ask me but whatever. You could grow your hair out a little bit if you're insecure about them. But honestly, I really don't think you should get plastic surgery. I don't think there is anything wrong with them.
4. Your ears are fine! Look at your President's ears and you'll feel a Lot better.
