How did they make her nostrils smaller with plastic surgery?

I was looking at some before and after photos on a reputable plastic surgery website and I don't understand how they made her nostrils smaller? http://i283.photobucket.com/albums/kk304/titiana300/nos.png ^ Can anyone break it down for me? What exactly did they cut to make them smaller?

4. They can do just about anything you want. Usually they make the incision from inside the nose, so you cannot see the tiny scar. Sometimes they make the incision from the outside too.
