2. I don't see why they're weird or would require plastic surgery. If i were you, i would just embrace what God gave you. They aren't particularly strange, so if i were you, i wouldn't even consider plastic surgery. waste of money.
3. I'm sure they could. It seems like you can get plastic surgery on just about anything you want now-a-days! However they don't look odd. If anything they just look round but there is no need for plastic surgery. When someone meets you the last thing they are going to be looking at is your ears.
