1. I think if people want to do it to increase their confidence then why not? but personally I would never want to do anything drastic
2. Bad and good. Botox and fillers are not nice they look odd, but things like GOOD facelifts and eye bag removal look good on a 60 year old. It can really rejuvenate a person inside and out. A lot of cosmetic surgeons are evil though. They will gladly operate on mentally ill people e.g Michael Jackson. Also Its very sad how society believes that little imperfections are unnacceptable. Wrinkles are seen a as lesions. Very wrong..
3. In my opinion I don't care as long as they do it for them and no one else just like any other mod
