Arm liposculpting/liposuction procedures?

I know that there is a debate on wether or not arm liposuction really works very well if at all. But I am also aware that the medical field is always improving and finding new ways to do things. So, I am interested in either getting arm liposuction, or arm liposculpting. I am wondering if anyone can either a) give me information on those procedures & their results or b) If you can recommend some other alternative procedure for the arm or c) If anyone can recommend a qualified surgeon in the Houston, TX area. As for alternatives, my opinion is that you don't do it at all. Go for exercise and a proper, healthy diet. This combo will go a long, long way to shape up your body and arms plus giving you health as well. BTW, the effect of liposuction may not be permanent and the fat may return, should you not eat right and exercise regularly. Qualified surgeon costs you dents in your pockets......Then again, the risk though lower, is still there. Come on, liposuction is a surgery and a surgery entails risks, complication, dangers....
