  1. what is your height and weight? edit: okay so after seeing your height and weight (5'5" 110lbs) my only question is..are you fucking kidding me? haha with those measurements youre skinny as a stick. and to be honest, i dont think any surgeon would do it for you because of your age and the fact that you only weigh 110lbs. just go jogging for 20-30 mins everyday, and i bet youll see the results you want in like 2 weeks.
  2. no one will do liposuction on you you're a minor plus I doubt you have that kind of money nor will your parents think that's morally correct. You're 14 you'll grow into you body if not, work out that's really how you get skinny, run or ride your bike, do crunches to get rid of your stomach squats for your thighs and weight training for your arms.
  3. At the age of fourteen any good cosmetic surgeon will reject you unless the the fat posses a real threat to your health. 5'5 and 110 pounds is a good height and weight and have not finished growing yet. this will change. You can become more active and work it off. Some gyms such as http://www.lucilleroberts.com may accept you if not just become a little more active and you will be fine.
  4. You should be at least 18 I think, to have liposuction. Yes, you can go for arm liposuction. See the how of it and the side effect of arm liposuction here: http://www.perfect-body-toning.com/arm-liposuction.html It costs from $1,500 to $7,500 per one area done. The cost also depends on how much fat you want removed; how big is your size; how skillful the surgeon is; where you do it - hospital or clinic?....... Here's a guide I've written on the cost: http://www.perfect-body-toning.com/cost-of-liposuction.html If you're losing weight, that's good news. You won't need liposuction. I'll say this - it's not a necessary thing to do. Why risk it? There are lots of risks and unknown factors involved.
