Chin reduction without shaving bone?

Is such procedure possible? I have a little extra fat or tissue or whatever that makes my chin protrude outwards a little. I have played with it, and when i push the fat back, in towards my neck, my chin appears a little smaller and less protruding. If I can get rid of this fat or tissue, my chin would be fine. Is it possible to do this through liposuction or any other procedures?

  1. Sure. I had liposuction for the fat UNDER my chin, I don't see why the tissue/cartilage of the chin itself would be any different. There's no reason they should have to get rid of bone, since they'll likely be messing with the tissue either way. Many plastic surgeons will give you a free consultation - why not ask?
