  1. yes you can but you have to consult the surgeon about this one to tell you if you can handle it or not
  2. You cannot change your entire face shape, though you can change the shape of your nose and chin by filing them down....its VERY long and painful recovery though.
  3. Yes it is possible to change face shape via surgery:) But it would be painful and there r some cases of unsuccessful cosmetic surgeries. If u r not very pretty and u r average looking person then u should not try cosmetic surgery becoz if your surgery would be unsuccessful then maybe u will look ugly then what would u do?so..don't experiment your looks if u r average looking person.Sarah Jessica Parker do not have oval face she have oblong face.I want my face to be oblong too but unfortunately my face is ovalish and believe me i want that surgery too but i think its dangerous so i am not gonna make my face shape oblong via surgery.
  4. Yes, you can. But whether it's worth it is another matter. There are plenty of types of facial implants that are used to enhance or even somewhat alter the shape of your face, and such implants are cheek, chin, jaw, and whatnot. The only ways available for you to elongate your face is to undergo procedures involving jaw and chin implants. There are some things you should think about though: The over all shape of your face, the way you are born with it, grants at least some sort of even distribution of features over "surface area", so to speak. If you choose to have a procedure to elongate your face, it will not alter your original bone structure, thus maintaining exactly where everything in your face is, but just making your face longer. The way your features are may not work with that type of face either, such as your lips, nose, eyes, brows and cheeks, as well as the proportion of your chin compared to your entire face/overall proportional views. The result will most certainly not look like Sarah Jessica Parker, because her original bone structure has her features evenly distributed, and you cannot have your own features altered to look like hers either. The result would look like you, with a big jaw or a long chin. Think....Jay Leno. So you need to take a good look at the mirror and consider whether that type of thing works for your face at all. Familiarize yourself with the procedure and be aware of what the outcome would look on you, as you seem rather unaware of that (No offense, but you want to look like someone else, you don't have the faintest clue how -you- would look with such a change). So consult a plastic surgeon, and have him explain your options to you, what each procedure would do, and with the help of certain software he should also be able to show you simulated images of how you would look, post operation. Finally, in my opinion, you need to be happy with yourself and your own face. Wanting to look like someone else, and even actively trying to, does not show that you are. And in my opinion, that calls for you to work on your perception of yourself and your confidence, rather than going under the knife. After all, eliminating a bump on the ridge of the nose is one thing, and changing the overall shape of your face is a completely different thing. And it tells a lot about how you feel about yourself, rather than how you look.
