What is wrong with my nose? Ive had plastic surgery before, but not sure if the pain is related?

Two days ago, I was wrestling with my boyfriend when he put his arm around my face, resulting in a large amount of pain afterwards. Although it didnt bleed, im postive something is wrong. The tip of my nose is numb but when i touch the left side of the upper part of my nose, the pain is awful. It feels as though its stretching it? I dont know how exactly to explain the pain, but its def not normal. Im 19, and when I was 10 months old i fell and had to get plastic surgery on my nose.
