If you were to get a nose job and later have a kid would your kid get the before or after nose!?
I always wondered that! If you get a nose job and had a kid lets say 1 year later is there a better chance he/she gets the nose before the nose job or the inproved after nose! If you don't get what I mean email me because I want to get as many answers as possible!

- ur child won't have sumthing like the nose job, because ur genes isn't what the nose job is. everybody is beautiful, don't think too much abt it.
- your genes are not altered by the nose job so your kid would get the "before nose". However, your kid might inherit your seemingly vain outlook on life.
- Your child would have your genetic nose, the nose you were born with. Of course, there's a chance that the child would look more like the other parent, so it may not even be an issue.
- Any sort of cosmetic surgery only affects you. It's changing what the blueprints (your genes) say you look like, but the genetic info remains the same. So your children would have the same nose as you were born with (or their father's) but not one that was built on you after the fact. Likewise, suppose you had breast enlargement, or permanent hair removal. Your kids would inherit what you were born with, and not what you had modified. Think about braces - many kids in the US have braces. If those fixed your genetic code for teeth, then we wouldn't have to use them on every generation.
- Cosmetic surgery does not effect the genes that pass on the genetic material. But do not forget the father, what type of nose does he have?
- the pre-nose job nose...
