  1. Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic. Special diets are hardly conducive to long terms sustenance. Have patience.
  2. Hi there. First of all, congratulations on your amazing weight loss. One thing I'd like to point out is that this extra fat you're talking about may in fact not be fat but instead some water retention. It can be quite difficult to tell. So what I'm saying is before you go through with surgery, make sure that it's a last resort sort of thing - because there are things you can do to get rid of those last few stubborn pounds. I don't know enough about your weight loss story to fully comment here (not sure how you lost the weight, for example) but I've found that lifting weights can be a good way to blasts those last few pounds. However, if you're suffering from a lot of excess skin, then perhaps surgery is an option. I know people who've gotten various procedures done to get rid of skin and the results have been good. Just make sure you're dealing with a reputable surgeon. One last thing - don't be too hard on yourself. A lot of our body's fat deposits are genetically based, so if you're carrying a lot in certain areas such as the hips - don't be overly concerned. I'd be far more focused on your mid section and tummy if you're considering surgeries.
  3. Plastic surgery is very safe nowadays. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges Tummy tuck, Liposuction surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Fly2india4health Consultants. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. I have also read that they arrange financing for international patients, as all surgery is not covered by insurance or by the stinking NHS. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor I personally believe that your Tummy tuck, Liposuction surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of Healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star. My cousin got her Tummy tuck, Liposuction surgery done there and she is more than very happy with the results. She is all praise for Fly2india4health Consultants. She paid just 20% of the cost what she was quoted in USA and it was like a wonderful vacation for her. Hope this helps Source(s): http://www.fly2india4health.com...
