Isn't it odd that some of the stars who have had bad plastic surgery are still stars?

They look horrible and any average person would actually be more attractive. How can they still find work when they have goofy lips, frozen faces, bad nose jobs etc. the good ones are fine...my point is how can you still be a model if your face is in a permanant grimace and your lips look ridiculous?

2. Because people have different opinions on who looks good and who doesn't. Plus I know I for one take in their personality as a factor.
3. I agree, plastic surgery looks awful and detracts from the performance.
4. What about those who've had good nose jobs, neat lips and perfect faces?
5. Sometimes talent and personality can outshine it. Sometimes you can still see their beauty in glimpses.
