This is NOT a troll - Are face-lifts unChristian?
I'm a 59 year old Christian who had a face-lift about 2 months ago. I look different. I'm afraid to go back to church because I know they'll look at me and wonder what happened. Not that I look bad, I just look different. Should I find a new church or make like nothing happened. How do I answer the questions (if there are any).

- The truth shall set you free.
- You do sound like a Troll, because a Christian accepts the way God created them and don't try to correct God's work. yes, you should stop going to that Church, and join one where the Athiests hang out.
- LMAO@Ghostbusting is my hobby #2. That was priceless, I'm going to agree with his answer.
- if i think its possible i sinned, i ask for forgiveness. dont assume you are not sinning.
- it's something you already did so what's the matter. you made your choices now live with them. i'm sure some will be envious and others will think why did she change what God gave her, why not donate the money to those who are loosing their homes or something but.... it's not their place to judge a decision you made
- For whom you go to the Church? For God, or for anyone else?
- Just tell them, there's really nothing unchristian about it. Plus it's really not their place to judge anyways, if they do just remind them that those guilty of one sin, are guilty of them all. So that puts them on the same level as you.
- If they ask, tell them you had a face lift. Nothing wrong with that
- There are people who will look down their noses at you, you can be sure of that. I hope your face lift had a great effect on you. I am an older woman and I understand completely wanting to look younger. I am also a Christian. I would not judge you. You do need to know there are plenty of people who will. That is their problem.
- Well if you believe in God and the Bible, then you should know what it says about vanity. Therefore, if you got a face-lift out of vanity, then you committed a sin. But then, the thing about religion, is that you can do anything and just ask for forgiveness to be forgiven. Besides, do you go to church for God or for the other people that attend?
- There's plenty of Christians who have face lifts, I don't think its a sin that will have you ending up in hell. If a face lift is a sin then all those people who use age reducing moisturizers, to make themselves look younger are also sinners.
- Tell them you really are born again ,well the face is .
