I want cosmetic surgery but don't know how to get my face the best it can be -can a surgeon help me with this?

Like how to get my head/face symmetrical and the facial features proportioned etc. Can a cosmetic surgeon assess how I am now and then change that in to what I wanna be by photo manipulation or whatever?!

1. I am a medical assistant and have worked in plastics before. I would recommend you getting consults from a few different doctors. Make sure that you don't go to some jerk that is only in it for the money. Make sure they are good at what you want done. Any good surgeon will take time with you to go over EVERYTHING that you would need to know and what you can expect when it comes to results. Good luck and I hope it helped!
