Can cosmetic surgeons make even the ugliest, most deformed people look attractive?

I mean I've got a big head (like 60-61cm in circumfrence) and am gonna have cosmetic surgery in the future to make my facial features/face shape more symmetrical and proportional.

1. I wouldn't if I was you. Plastic surgery actually makes people more unattractive the more people to do it it's a cycle. People can tell you look fake and it's a major turn off. You start normal then you do surgery to fix 1 problem then that 1 problem turns in to 2 problems, then 3, then 4, ect. ect. and before you know it your uglier than you started, not to mention look fake as hell.......
