I plan on having cosmetic surgery in a few years - how can I get the face I want?

I have a big head but have finally started to understand that this isn't the problem - my face is. I've lost quite a bit of weight since the beginning of this year and my face looks kinda gaunt. I want a face that is proportional to my head and the rest of my body and have already saved up stacks of cash in preparation for my future procedures. My facial features, in my opinion, need to be altered/enhanced in order for me to have an attractive face. I want the features to be symmetrical, I guess. I plan on having: . A nose job . Cheek implants . Chin implants . Jaw implants . Dental work . Brow/forehead lift . Ear pinning and/or ear reshaping . Forehead flattening . Cheek dimple creation . Hair implantation . Eyebag removal I know I sound like some obsessed idiot but I want to achieve physical beauty as the face is generally the first thing someone looks at and my decline (in terms of looks) has caused me so much distress. I guess my question to you guys is - would it be best for me to discuss my ideal face with a cosmetic surgeon and then let him/her decide on the best plan of action for me surgery-wise. Thanks in advance. CJC P.S. The pic below is who I wanna look like when everything's done. http://www.fanpop.com/images/polls/33611_22_full.jpg

  2. So what you're saying is, that since you have a ''big head'' that is'nt proportional with your body, you want to have several different cosmetic surgeries performed on your face to look more ''attractive'' ? According to most people, natural beauty is the best. If you want to achieve a natural and attractive facial features, it is always best to try to keep most of your real ones. You should deffinatly take your time into propper considering these cosmetic surgeries since they are very costly and also, it is a huge change in your life ! I am just warning you to be careful and to take care of yourself and to make sure this is what you really want to do okay ! I am not a professional or anything, but I would deffinatly advise you that it would be best to stick with one or two facial changements in total to simply ENHANCE your features. I am very worried about you, you sound very self-concious about your appearance, have you ever considered counselling or anything to boost your self-esteem? Maybe if you felt better about yourself you would'nt consider cosmetic surgery so much. (I am sorry if this has offended you, It is simply something i have noticed, please tell meif i am wrong, I am only trying to help you and your situation!) I would like to notify you that even though you picture yourself looking a certain way after all these modifications, it will not necessarily mean that the results from surgery will be exact to what you have intended to look like. Nothing is 100%. I don't know you personally or what your physical appearance looks like or anything, but i am assuming that your weight loss is a positive thing, therefore congratulations ! To answer your question, Yes it would be a good idea to discuss your dieal face with your cosmetic surgeon before hand and let him decide. Also, this might sounds stupid but, discuss it with yourself too, make sure this is what you really want ! And if you ever decide that you have changed your mind, well hey , look on the bright side, you have saved up lots of money aside ! Good luck with your future decisions !
  3. I'm not trying to be a jerk, but maybe you should get some counseling? I think that you have some bigger issues going on that may actually have less to do with your looks than you think. And the guy you want to look like....um....ew? He's not very good looking in my opinion. He looks all square-jawed and squash-faced. I bet the natural you is a much better looking guy. :)
  4. Wow thats a lot. I would first say that we are all our own worst critics. What you see and what others see are 2 different things, your looking to change your face entirely to create your perceived beauty. Beauty isnt something that can be made its natural and comes through with your personality. Even when plastic surgeons do their "thing" it doesnt necessarily mean it will look as your envisioning it. In addition to talking to a plastic surgeon I would say also see a psychologist. Because fixing the outside wont necessarily fix the inside, you will still have insecurities. So if you want to fix the outside then balance it with fixing the inside too so that when you get done whatever you will have done then you will be in balance. Also keep in mind that these procedures will only last for so long, beauty always fades. Good luck in whatever you decided to do.
