Guys: what do you think of girls who get plastic/ cosmetic surgery?

If you meet a girl who has had cosmetic or plastic surgery done, what do you think of her? This includes all types of surgery; breast, liposuction, etc. Although I'm mainly interested on your views of those who have had facial alterations. I'm asking this because I, as a 16 year old typical teenager, am supremely unhappy with the way I look; I'm more or less satisfied with my body, breasts and the rest... just my face. I don't want any crude and hurtful comments please, but still be honestly honest! Thanks guys ;D

1. On that topic, I like to say if it's not necessary, don't do it. If it's surgery for, say, a deviated septum, that's perfectly acceptable. But if it's out of unhappiness, then that shows you have no confidence.. Which is a MAJOR turn off to guys.
2. My HONEST opinion, it really depends on the situation. If it is a real medical problem or something that is COMPLETELY necessary, then I would probably look past it. It it is for own vanity reasons it kinda depends. I think I would look past it if that person got the surgery at a later age. Not still a teenager. You are still changing, and it's funny I was actually just thinking this as I read your question. I was on facebook looking at old high school pictures ( I am 23), thinking how much people have changed just over a couple years. People's faces clear up and just kinda set in, I guess is how I put it. What is it that bothers you? Skin problems? Or just nose or something else. I would take time to consider it a lot. I am 23 and pregnant with my second child. My first child totally messed up my stomach (so worth it though). And I am seriously considering getting a tummy tuck. But I am going to wait to see if I want more kids, and also when I can afford it and who knows maybe in a couple years they will come out with a procedure that is less invasive and more safe. I would take time to think it over what are the pro's and cons and how desperate are you. Hope this helps :)
