2. You don't need surgery. Let me repeat: YOU DO NOT NEED SURGERY. You need a LIFESTYLE CHANGE. Eat less, move more. Eat four to six meals a day with breakfast being the largest and dinner the smallest. Eat the majority of your calories earlier in the day. Avoid sodas and junk foods. I understand you have to lose a bit more weight than I did, but you do NOT need surgery. TLC recently did a show on a man who weighed 600 pounds. He lost it all with, guess what! Diet and exercise! Get off the computer and go walk around the block.
