  1. It may be really difficult to do this surgery without someone that can act as your translator. And there are soooo many surgeons in Seoul that are good, but a lot of people do come to Korea for that same reason so if you do some research (like www.daum.net or www.naver.com) and even though the site is in Korean, if you type in English, you'll get info about surgeons that do speak English or cater to tourists. Problem with that is that they will be more expensive because they cater to tourists. It'll be cheaper if you get a friend that can help you translate.
  2. do a search for "medical tourism cosmetic surgery" and companies that deal with this type of issue will pull up for medical tourism. You'll probably end up with a better situation going through them I would think if you don't know Korean. I mean, the best thing is probably if you knew and trusted someone in Korea to take you around, but since that's not the case, this will probably your best bet to do research and find a trustworthy and reputable company to take care of it for you.
  3. Are you in America? You can find someone to do it for you here can't you? You can even find someone here who is native korean to do it, if you like. I am not sure of this, i was just suggesting because what you want to do is obviously a little inconvenient. This is not comparable in most ways, but i get my hair straightened every year, i do not go to asia to get it done though, i just find a native east asian in america to do it (i have had it done in east asia as well). So, despite my own superstitions about only getting it done from someone from asia where they have done many many procedures, i understand your desire (if you have one) of getting it done from someone who does it a lot (in this case, maybe a korean).
  4. Most doctors in Korea speak adequate English, and are as good as doctors in the US and other countries. Google "cosmetic surgery in South Korea" and you'll find lots of options. BUT...hospitals are not the same as in the US. You'll need someone to take care of you and bring you juice, food etc. Korean nurses only do direct care. There are no nurse's aids here!!
