Is it true that the majority of koreans have had cosmetic surgery before? Even as young as 10?

A friend of mine told me that for a teenage korean girl, she may receive money to get plastic surgery for her birthday. She said its common. None of us are korean. We're chinese/vietnamese. I noticed that whenever i watch a korean drama and i search them up on the net, it always says they've had a nosejob, eyelid surgery, or whatever. Not once have I found a korean actress with a tall nose and large, double-eyelids not have plastic surgery. What do you think of this? I know plastic surgery occurs in other countries but it seems soo normal to get plastic surgery in korea. They seem so obsessed with their facial features and are badly influenced by their own society. Kids even kid these surgery (I heard from this person who visited korea) I'm only 16 and I find think its kind sick that girls my age or younger would have had at least one plastic surgery already in korea. Not that I would.. i was born with natural large eyes for an asian..i didnt realised i was blessed until recently. I'M NOT SAYING ALL, but the MAJORITY.

1. I am half white and half Korean, and I travel to Korea every couple years to visit family. From my knowledge and experience of the Korean culture, I wouldn't say a majority but very many people do receive cosmetic surgery there. There are a lot of Koreans who naturally have eye lids but many do chose to get the surgery if they don't have them. And a lot of cosmetic surgery that people receive over there isn't as major as nose job surgery, it is small stuff like permanent eye liner tattoos. It is sad that a lot of people manipulate their bodies but it happens everywhere in the world. As far as the young age people are getting it done over there, its only because it is cheap and accessible, so many young children want to look "better" and fit in at a younger age so they get those surgeries.
2. I'm half korean half japanese. and it's absolutely rumor. I've never seen anyone who got plastic surgeries around me. but only many foreigners like chinese or south east asians who are interested in korean pop cultures think many south koreans have plastic surgeries because most of korean celebrities in korean tv dramas chinese/southeast asians are watching, got plastic surgeries. only celebrities get much plastic surgeries in korea, not general/majority of korean people. and your poor chinese/ south east asians like u always insulting korean people on world wide webs for spreading rumors that many korean people have had plastic surgeries. stop being jealous of koreans and just watch your tv dramas! okay? ' i was born with natural large eyes for an asian..' ←hey, do you think large eyes are beautiful? who wants your chinese/vietnamese frog like eyes? nobody! and you chinese/vietnamese teenage girls should stop practice prostitutions to 50,60years old korean guys. I've seen Tens of thousands of chinese/vietnamese teenage girls are sold to 50~60years korean old guys by one thousand-won.. and marry and bear mixed blooded childrens. why majority of chinese vietnamese are sold to old guys in all rich nations? I think its just your culture?
