How can I get my girlfriend to have a nose job?

She's pretty except for her very big nose. It really puts me off. How can I drop a few subtle hints that she'd look much better if she had a nose job? I don't want to come right out and say it but I'd really like her to get it done.

You could start by asking her casually if their was 'anything she could change about herself, what would It be?'. That might help you start out. Otherwise I'd just leave it alone. Girls are sensitive about that kind of stuff.
