Can I get a nose job after getting dental work?

I heard something about how dental work can affect a nose job. I'm getting porcelin veneers in 2 weeks. I want to get a nose job in April and I was wondering if I'd be able to do that or not because of the dental work?

1. How exactly can dental work affect a nose job? I don't think the two are related at all. And since your nose operation is months from now, it should not be affected by your dental work. If you are at all concerned then call the hospital or place where you'll be having your nose surgery and ask them but I highly doubt the two will interfere.
