Heidi Montag has gotten 10 plastic surgeries in one day, would you have this done too?

I think she looks so fake now, but I think plastic surgery is awesome especially for ugly people, what are your thoughts?

4. My opinion on plastic surgery is that it's not worth it. I don't understand why you would change your looks if you're not happy with them? I mean, my body's not perfect, and I'm happy about that. As for Heidi, she should have spent one of those surgeries on brain transplant. She's not a good role model for women.
5. Heidi was such a gorgeous girl! She had a great body, pretty boobs, long pretty legs and now she's done all this surgery and ruined her looks! I don't understand it and think it is tragic.
