why is there so many saudi women getting plastic surgeries?

i work as a nurse here in saudi. i noticed that we have a lot of plastic surgery cases. so, i had my little survey and i interviewed these patients. most of them told me that they are having this kind of surgery 'coz they are going to get married. so i was wondering, is it really a necessity to have a boob job, nose job or a lipo just to get married? and also i thought, why would they have to get this kind of surgery if they're just going to cover it with abaya?

2. i hate it when women change because they are getting married they are in so much presure to look beautiful not realizing that if your husband didnt accept the way you look then he doesnt deserves you cause their goal is just to get married god created us and made us beautiful. we might think that we're ugly so will others but there will always be someone that will see you and think your the most beautiful even if the majority thinks your not i personally would never do plastic surgeries and i rather die i learned something this year which being able to accept yourself is a blessing i learned that cause people keep annoying me about the fact that i should do my hair and i should put make up hey just because im a girl doesnt mean i have to kill myself to look acceptable i dont care if im the ugliest person as long as i dont have a crappy personality cause beauty fades so if you didnt accept your flaws no one will life is short why not take good care of our interior beauty trying to be a better person but my guess is these kind of women are brainwashed by their parent being told you have to obey and you have to look beautiful and do whatever it takes but never ask themselves if its worth it for most it is, living in a society where an unmarried woman is judged and believed that something's wrong with her, they pity her sad isnt it?

Yes it's true, they do it beacuse of they are getting married theyneed to make sure their husband will like her newlook and he will not change his mind ang married a new wife also this kind of surgeries nowadays its Fashion most of the arabic actresss changing their style from time to time.. so the sudi women they spend a lot of money $$ to look like Nansi ajram , Alisa, Hayfa Wahby or Halemah... THE BEAUTY NOT IN THE FACE THE BEAUTY IS LIGHT IN THE HEART!!!
4. unforutanley they're getting more and more common. but let me tell you one thing, i will never marry a woman who had done plastic surgery because i wouldn't wanna be with a woman who have fake parts on her. it's also haraam. one more thing.. 5. Why are some people so concerned about women who undergo any plastic surgery? It's their body, their health and their money. I would undergo plastic surgery if I wanted to, but - I wouldn't do it to do any man a favour. If I think that it's the right thing for me, nobody has a right to wonder. It's none of anybody's business what a woman does to feel/look better. Btw: 1) women don't wear the Abaya 24/7. You should know that. 2) Not only women in KSA undergo plastic surgery. @Lomatar 1: you may not even know if she doesn't tell you and times where "faked" parts are implanted are almost over with:)
6. they dont cover in front of their girl friends or husbands.. There is a major problem with attitudes about appearence here in the middle east.. But Saudi is not the king of that.. Lebanon and Iran are the Kings of plastic surgery.. Some even walk about for a few weeks with their tape still on their nose, just to brag that they had the surgery. (ive even heard rumors, young teen girls just tape their noses to look as if they had surgery to gain popularity).. Sad but true..

8. Self confidence is the best thing, better than any surgery. Men are the only reason why women go under the plastic treatments, so men wont look after other ladies. But they might consider that beauty fades, plastic get damaged by time, I dont want to imagine their lips, boobs. when they get to certain age. I just remembered Michael Jackson and his operations what they have done to his look....RIP MJ. Plastic = no way! If you dont like it- Leave it!
