Why do anti-fans (haters) always spread rumours about celebrities having plastic surgery?

Like seriously, why do they get mad if they get plastic surgery or not. And it's so annoying how they sometimes even just jump to the conclusion that they got surgery. Whether they get it or not, it doesn't matter at all. They're still the same person. If they start insulting others about getting plastic surgery why don't they care when people get tattoos or even body piercings? I seriously don't get it

6. I don't jump on any celebrities as a lot have gotten plastic surgery. Tattoos and piercings do not change nor try to change your genetic makeup that is a big difference. An ear pierced or a genital pierced or an eyebrow pierced does not change their face. They still have the same nose, same ear, same whatever so that is rather flawed. A tattoo also doesn't change anything if someone gets tattoos all over their face you can still see wrinkles when they get them you can still see their nose and its shape their lips are still the same, their breasts are still the same. I'm just pointing out that there is a big difference between what you tried to pass off as equivalent to plastic surgery.
