What is the best product to buy to remove a tattoo without having laser surgery?

I have a tattoo on my leg that I have had for a few years and I liked it when I got and still kinda do but my new husband doesnt like it and wants me to have it removed so for him I am willing to do that but we cant afford the laser surgery so I wanted to know the best product to buy that will fade it.

  1. Other than laser surgery, the best way of eliminating the appearance of a tattoo is not to get one.
  2. photoshop
  3. Er, not sure where you've heard about retail products that can remove tattoos. Sandpaper? Caustic soda?
  4. You do realize the dye are below the layers of skin. Only surgery which will leave an ugly scar is your option
  5. never saw that one coming. theres no product to fade it. u'll haveta use concealer on it.
  6. You know- they meant it when they said "its permanent". You can only get rid of a tattoo is by burning the skin SEVERELY or cutting it out. If your husband is happy for you to sustain extreme scarring and third degree burns to go along with his wishes for your body, then fine. Lazer surgery is just that- but safer and not third degree. If he is that desperate for the surgery, have him give up something dear and expensive, to pay for them (its multiple surgeries, not just one). He has to make a sacrafice if you have to. Otherwise you're just letting him have his way, and wives shouldn't just give in to their husbands in such an archaic way. Husbands DON'T have the final say. Its your body, you decide. If it were me, I wouldn't give in. You still like the tattoo- its YOUR body (none of this "my body is shared between us" crap. Thats bedroom business. You still have a right to decorate yourself as you wish).
  7. Wrecking Balm.
  8. please take a look at this http://bit.ly/dCfYWQ

  10. There are some awesome products in sephora.
  11. I had a tattoo for years on my leg and decided to get it removed. I saw how people at my corporate job looked when i showed up with short and tattoo was sticking out. Those couple looks were just enough for... :( I used this product and was really good for me: bit.ly/d7A4zl
  12. There's a new product on the market I think I saw advertised like a week ago...but it's just as expensive as laser sugery and doesn't completly get rid of it...just fades it so you dont need as much laser treatment.
  13. I suggest you have him learn to live with it - even these days with the best laser surgery it will still leave scar tissue It also sounds to me like you still do like the tattoo but are prepared to get rid of it just to please him Remember Tattoos are forever The Only other thing I could suggest - is depending on the tattoo perhaps a cover up?
  14. That isn't possible, if it was then why would anyone bother paying thousands for painful laser? Your best bet health wise and otherwise is to get rid of this freak husband before he starts controlling your entire life. Nothing will fade it. Nothing. So don't even bother trying the whole lemon juice thing. You will just burn your skin.
