1. wait..what is wrong with them? ...They're ears.. am I missing something?
2. Your ears look just fine to me, but the getting them done it totally up to you. If you really want them done, get them done. If you think they look fine, don't let anyone convince you otherwise.
3. Your ears are fine. I don't see any problems or flaws. You do not need plastic surgery.
