is this plastic surgery gone wrong or what?

I think the after pic looks more like a before pic http://www.starmagazine.com/media/originals/Duff_nose_375.jpg her nose looks better but her chin is kind of "sloped backwards" and frankly she looks like somebody who might be considering a chin ipmlant, they took off way too much from the front.

2. Yes. Something about her just looks...masculine in a way. I'm all for plastic surgery but in this case she was better off the way she was before.
3. Before pic was more flattering. She's a beautiful girl regardless. As is her sister Hillary...Now Heidi Montag, thats just sad. The girl looks much older and vacant.
4. dont know im assuming her as brunette is the surgery right? cause as the blonde her lips dont look as odd
