Christians, will god even forgive these Ukrainian maniacs?

I found this site with snuff films and such and one was in particular devastating (Warning description is a bit graphic): The video started and I saw this man laid out on the ground in the woods. He's unconscious. He flails his arms back knocking over what looked like a tool box. After he knocked it over this 19 yr old kid takes 7 forcibly strong blows to the man's face with a crowbar. The man's face was then bashed in and covered in blood. The one holding the camera stopped the other before making an 8th strike and picked up a screwdriver and began to stab the unconscious man in the gut repeatedly while laughing. It looked like a liposuction gone horribly wrong. Then the Ukrainian maniacs have a laugh. The one with the camera gets a close up of the victims face and you cant recognize any facial features and all you hear are moans and him gargling on the blood that is drowning him. The sick camera man than takes the screwdriver and runs it across the victims face and then rams it in and out of his left eye socket. The whole time these two are laughing. Finally the one with the crowbar takes 4 more swings to his face with the sharp end of a hammer. They then leave to their car parked on a deserted road and wash off the blood, all the while they keep laughing. I looked them up on Wikipedia (Dnepropetrovsk maniacs) and found that fortunately they have been arrested and sentanced to life, but this was just one of the 21 murders they committed, of which another massacre including the murder of a 14 year old boy and another where they ripped out a baby from a pregnant woman's womb. Now how could any god forgive such sick humans? And if there was a god, why would he allow such atrocities be committed? no offense intended, but i dont think the "g" should be capitalized if i dont believe in him u christians never cease to amaze me with your blundering faith for your god

2. I often wonder about the hows and whys of God myself. Our main goal as christians besides telling others about Christ is to love one another. It is easy to love those that love you back and is very difficult to love "the unlovable". From my understanding God loves everybody and forgives any and everybody who ask for forgiveness with a sincere heart (God knows if they are sincere or not) and repents. As far as God allowing this to happen, there is evil in the world, and the devil does exist. However those men may have life in prison, but when judgement day comes, there time spent in prison will not compare to living an eternity in hell.
3. God could Forgive them But will He ? That all depends upon them, By That story It would appear at First Glance that Their hearts are too hardened against God But Whom am I to say ? God can Forgive them But they would still have to face man's penalty be that Life behind bars coped Up in a cage for all his Life. Paul was Forgiven and he Murdered Christian before he was one. Jesus Himself said on the Cross, 'Father Forgive them for they know not what they do"
4. I read this question and wondered how someone would not turn to God after seeing what satan does to the minds of the ones he controls.
