can people under 18 have plastic surgery/ cosmetic surgery without parent consent?

i am 17 and want to have osteoplasty (get my ears pinned back) and i really want to do it this year before i got to europe but my parents will not agree until i am 18. what are the laws for people under 18 having somthing like osteoplasty done? in nsw australia???

2. Have them done when you can pay and dont be so vain and so selfish as to ask you parents to pay for such. Learn to love yourself as you are those you are visiting are interested in you and your family not how you look ....self obsession in itself is an unattractive trait. Grow your hair over your ears until you get more confidence and visit the issue again.
