Help me, need to get rid of gynecomastia.?

I have gynecomastia and i am fed up with it. My bmi is fine and whatever I do to my chest in terms of excercise, they just seem to get bigger. Does anyone know any good clinics in the UK that perform liposuction on the chest area for a good price? Also what are the prices?
