1. I know paul vitenas is good, but as far as price goes I think they are all a little on the steep side, I think I would go with the the higher end people when it comes to this, because you get what you pay for.
2. It is better if you look for the most reliable and the best plastic surgeon with years and years of experience. It is your body, if any thing goes wrong you can not redo it like a clay, so please just keep saving money, and have the surgery done with the best surgeon, it is worth it even if you have to wait for maybe one or two more years.
