Size 8-10 This is what i'd do: Fat under my chin removed Fat of my thighs Fat of my arms Liposuction Fat removed from cheeks Smaller lips Can't think of anything else What about you ? It's a weird coursework topic i'm doing in health and beauty Thanks in advance x

  1. I'd go for the facelift that started at my feet and worked upwards. The belly and bum need doing and the boobs could do with a lift. By that time all my fat would be in the neck and chin area so I'd have to have that done too. My face is OK though so I wouldn't really need much work there Sounds pretty painful though and expensive so may be I'll give it a miss.

  3. im size 12-14 fat off of arms, fat off of thighs, fat off of stomach, and thats it just fat removal. but to tell you the truth..as unhappy i am about my weight and size, i probably wouldnt get this surgery, even if i could. i dont think its fair for my bady. its unsafe and unhealthyo yeah. if i actually would or could, thats what i would have done. have a great day!

  7. I would never have cosmetic surgery. Youre mutilating the way you were made. still if I really had to have it... I'd have the fat sucked out of my belly :)
  8. am a 10-12, lipo on hips, back, thighs, stomach.. chin implant, just need it more pronounced.. arm fat removed breast implants, only to a B or C cup.. i'd get chemical peel/microdermabrasion type things too, to get flawless skin.. I'd also go for cosmetic dentistry for the hollywood smile ;-)

  10. i'd get breast reduction and the fat of my legs but other than that i love my body the way it is so even if i could have surgery i wouldnt cause it could go wrong and even if it went write you'll still have scars plus i'm size 8-10
