Liposuction after giving birth?

Anybody had cosmetic surgery after having a baby? I put on sooo much weight and I am older now, my metabolism is slower and I am afraid I won't lose it!! Anyone else had good luck with doing it?? I've got 2 girls 13 & 7 and my baby boy is a month old and I won't be having anymore kids.

1. Karate / Gym is your best bet. Get a babysitter
2. Any good plastic surgeon will put you on a strict diet/exercise program for several months before surgery. Give your body time to heal and "get back to where you were before the baby". Then maybe after diet/exercise and time (say maybe 6 months), if nothing is working, then I would consult a doctor about lipo. I opted for lipo in my lower ab. You have to maintain a regular diet/exercise routine to keep it off. Kate, of of "John & Kate Plus 8" have major lipo/ plastic surgery after he last 6. BIG difference!
