When i get liposuction will the fat ever come back to that same area?

- Yes, if you gain weight again.
- Yes and no. Fat cells are just that - cells. Think of them as balloons. When you get the procedure, they are rupturing the cells, sucking out the contents. These cells can no longer be used. However, all the cells around them can be - which is why those that go back to old eating habits have literal "pockets" of excess fat surrounded by hollows -- which looks absolutely hideous. Even with Lipo, understand that there is NO "quick fix". As im sure your Dr explained - you WILL have to modify your lifestyle.
- Will fat come back? Once taken out, the fat cells do not grow back. A liposuction surgeon never removes all the fat cells, so it is possible for the ones left behind to expand a little if you put on weight after the procedure. You should never go back to the size you were before the procedure, however.
- Oh yes, the fat will be back to the same area, should you not exercise and eat healthy, after the surgery. This is because liposuction is only a cosmetic surgery; it only takes out the fat temporarily but doesn't solve your root problem - the fat in your body which can only be taken care of by the good old exercise & eat healthy program...... I explain this in greater details here: http://www.perfect-body-toning.com/effects-of-liposuction.html
- It depends. If you live like you did before, after the liposuction you will put on the weight back on for sure. If you change to a more healthy lifestyle after liposuction you wont put back on the weight and could even loose more weight. In fact you are more likely to put on weight after liposuction because of the drastic lifestyle changes you have to Adapt to maintain the current "liposuction weight". People who loose weight by dieting & exercising have less of a chance of putting their weight back on. This is because most liposuction patients do not or find it hard to change their life style and eating habits after their liposuction. As a result they put the weight back on. On the other hand people who loose weight by exercise and dieting must have already changed their lifestyles to loose weight in the first place. Remember liposuction only temporarily removes body fat. It doesn't solve the root of problems. For example if an overweight person kept their "10 big macs a day" eating habit after their liposuction they would put back the weight in no time.
