do pets have cosmetic plastic surgery (not for medic. reasons) and who does that. Is it a speciality.?

don't own a pet but wouldn't do it for vanity...curious to see what people do out there in the world with their pets

1. I've heard that some people who have had their dogs neutered have had plastic surgery to replicate their balls so they still look the same, but I feel this is for the owners benefit not the dogs.
2. you can get that done in america, but obviously i dont kno where u live:) im not sure if u can get it here. if its life threatening, like their jaw not opening properly, then it an usually be done..warning you it can be pretty expensive..
