  1. Get a life why are you so overweight is the first way to tackle your problem
  2. Pros: You wont be fat anymore Cons: You're too lazy to actually work it off.
  3. One of the biggest problem in liposuction is blood clots, it's a continuing problem and I for one would be afraid to have it done.
  4. I personally wouldn't do it, there are always risk like if it did go wrong, you would spend the rest of your life thinking "If only I didn't do it" I think it would be better to get a personal trainer or something, yes, it would be hard work, but anything worth while is hard. Not only will it help your appearance, it will greatly improve your health and fitness and greatly boost your confidence. It is all well and good looking thin, but if you aren't fit and healthy, it means nothing :) Your fitness doesn't improve directly from lipsuction
  5. The pros first. 1. You immediately get to have a more defined body silhouette due to the removal of fat. 2. It offers aesthetic beauty to your body shape which does a lot to boost your confidence. The cons. 1. It's a cosmetic surgery which is not even medically necessary in most cases. Exercise and a healthy diet can take care of the weight problem most of the time. 2. It does not solve your root problem - the weight and the fat. The fat may come back to the area undergone liposuction or to other areas of your body should you not exercise regularly and eat healthy. 3. It involves risks; it's dangerous and could also cause lots of complications. 4. It's costly. 5. It involves quite a bit of downtime. You need to prepare to take off from work at least 7-10 days. If the wound doesn't heal well, you would need even more time off from work. 6. It might not give you the results you desired, that could traumatize you even more. Well, in short, the cons outnumber the pros. Perhaps you may want to have a thorough read on what liposuction is all about. I've a page dedicated to the whats, hows and wheres of liposuction here: http://www.perfect-body-toning.com/what-is-liposuction.html Hope it can help you.
  6. I heard laser liposuction is mainly for 20 to 40 lbs being overweight. Anyway, the pros are it gets to spots the bigger heavier and more expensive traditional liposuction cannot get to. It targets the fat is safer since there is no large surgical cuts. the negatives are some people experience heavy bruising. One woman died in Seattle after doing this & hiding in a hotel. IF she told her fiancee she would have been saved. basically some people are allergic to the solution or bruise and bleed more so be around people or someone you trust who can monitor it. 100 lbs I think you may need weigh loss surgery instead. see a few doctors for confirmation.
