Laser eye surgery and liposuction for minors?

is it legal for a minor to get laser eye surgery or liposuction with or without parental consent in the United States the reason i ask this is because i am disgusted at the fact that any teenage girl can go get a secret abortion for almost free in any state, and i doubt that minors can get these two other types of surgery also, would it be legal for me to destroy the eggs of a california condor or bald eagel? wtf do you mean what is wrong with me? i am pretty sure that minors can't get surgery except for the purpose of murder, but im not positive, im also not positive of the legality of destroying the unborn children of other species

1. The minor would need parental consent for the eye surgery or liposuction (the same goes for tattoos and body/ear piercing). And "yes" it's illegal to destroy the eggs of a "California condor or bald eagle".
