1. well i cant tell you where to get it because i have never wanted to but depending on what you get done it will be in the thousands of dollars or even the tens of thousands of dollars. it would be about the same price i think in both countries with the conversion rate and all and i think you would generally get similar people surgery level wise.
2. Depends on what you're getting done. Could range from hundreds to tens of thousands. And really, I don't think that plastic surgery is something you should skimp out on. Cheaper really isn't better...
3. No matter where you are You have to go to a reputable doctor and They will do a consultation and give you an estimate
4. Don't go under the knife! Do you wanna be a mini Heidi Montag?
