Would you consider my arms thin or fat?

I am a 31 year old female. I got upper arm liposuction around my triceps. Before lipo my left arm was 10.25 inches and my right 10.5 inches(around the thickest part of my upper arms) Now my left is 9.25 and my right 9.5. It's only 3 weeks since I had lipo so they could shrink a little more in time. I have a lot of muscle so the doctor said he only took out 150cc from each arm. Anyways, I think they look thinner. Would you consider my arms thin or fat? I would love to wear t-shirts again. Thank you! I got your answers. Thank you for telling me they are thin!! I am going to buy a T-shirt! To Sily, My weight has been extremely stable since grade 9. I have been between 100-105 pounds so I am never interested in dieting. I just had a bulge of fat around my triceps. Also, my face and hands are too thin.

9-10 inch arms are thin in my book no matter who you are or what you look like that size is puny
i think that is pretty skinny and you can wear a t-shirt again!
Your arms are definitely not fat so start wearing t-shirts & feel good about yourself!
