nose job ?

im getting a nose job to correct breathing problems in about a week. My surgery is on a wednesday and school starts on monday which gives me 4 days to recover. Should i take a few daysoff school and will many ppl notice that i my nose looks different because the doctor has to get rid of the bump on my nose to corresct the problem?

The surgery takes about 1 hour, after the surgery the patient has to stay for a few hours in recovery room for observation.
