I have acne scars all over my chest and back, should I get laser surgery to get rid of it?

I've tried everything to naturally get rid of them, but they seem to not help that much. So now the only option is to have laser surgery to get rid of all the scars. Laser surgery is the procedure which removes the top layers of your skin which fades scars tremendously. But I heard that it's really expensive, though. So what do you think I should do? I've waited for more than 7 years but these scars still won't fade away!

3. I don't see why you would want to get rid of them in the first place. They're on your back where you don't really see them, and hardly anyone else will see them either. I don't think It's a big deal, and you would probably just waste your money. Some say you need to take repeated sessions of laser surgery before they are even fully removed anyway which requires a certain amount of time in between sessions (week(s). I think people are beautiful just the way they are, so good luck. I hope you find out something that works for you. You can just go tanning, or spend more time out in the sun and they wont show as much. Also, for scars, anything with Aloe or oils/lotions should help make them fade a little bit. Take care!

6. try the avon stuff. my mom bought me avon. i thought she was crazy. my GRANDMA uses avon. she made me use it. i felt like such a girl. but it worked. she bought me some of their other acne stuff and i cleared up a bunch.
