How old do you have to be to get a nose job?

I'm 15 years old and I feel like I'm in serious need of a nose job. It's really hard to breathe, I never ever breathe through my nose. Also, it has a bump and it's a bit big. My mum said that she's okay with me getting a nose job this year, but would the doctors let me? My parents would give me permission bdw... Is it ok with the doctor?

2. A good friend of mine had one at 16 after she broke her nose, I imagine that it would fine with most doctors.
3. My brother suffers from the same nose problem. The doctor told him that he should wait a few more years to get it surgically fixed because his face is still developing.
